When will I receive my copy of the book?

Copies of book included with each course will arrive approximately 7–10 days after your order is placed, depending on your location. Please allow slightly more time for countries outside the U.S. and Canada.

Why do I have to log in to the forum?

Due to the highly interactive and dynamic nature of the forum, it is hosted on a separate platform from the training videos and therefore requires a separate login profile. We apologize for any inconvenience.
